Karla is a Central Ohio native who currently resides in Lewis Center. Karla's educational background includes studies at both Columbus College of Art and Design and The Ohio State University. She obtained her Ohio real estate license in 2001 and has been part of The Raines Group since April 2002.
In her current role as a Real Estate Consultant for buyers and sellers, Karla works with clients to find homes that match their values and lifestyles. Her strong business acumen, aesthetic vision and highly developed negotiating skills give her clients an advantage when buying or selling a home. Karla’s strengths include contract negotiation, market knowledge and exceptional client service.
In her spare time, Karla enjoys working out, running and spending time with family and friends; she's especially fond of spoiling her niece and nephews.
Candace's roots are in Westerville, Ohio where she received her Bachelor’s Degree from Otterbein University. There she specialized in English and Philosophy.
Joining The Raines Group in 2015, she had the opportunity to partner with Karla Ballenger and marry her love of design and architecture with her passion for people. Her consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and establishing a positive experience for all parties involved caters to her outstanding customer service. She is dedicated to educating her clients throughout the process so they are able to make the best decisions possible. Knowledgeable and extremely hard-working, whether buying or selling a home, she represents her client’s to the best of her ability and always with their best interests at heart.
Currently residing in Kilbourne with her husband and son, Candace is very active with her church. She spends her spare time giving back to the community, spending time with family and friends, and getting lost in a good book.
