This years Parade of Homes presented by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio will be taking place in one of the hottest golf course communities, Northstar Community. The Northstar Community is a “1,700 acre mixed-use development located north of I-270 in southern Delaware County. Northstar will have more than 1,300 single family homes, including 300 acres of commercial land as well as a site for elementary and middle schools” (BIA Parade of Homes).
