The History of the Columbus Microbrew Festival
The very first brewed craft beer festival in Ohio was held indoors at North Market in 2006 and featured samples from six Columbus area brewers. Each year, the event has added two or more local breweries to the line up and in 2012 the number of breweries featured moved up to 20, causing the festival to move the event outdoors to Space Street. As interest continues to grow on the subject of microbrewing, more visitors from Columbus and surrounding areas attend the festival each year. The presenters, Heartland Bank, and other sponsors for this annual event are expecting the number of visitors to grow once again this year.
What Local Breweries Will Be Featured This Year?
