With a limited number of homes for sale in this market means that buyers have fewer homes to choose from. With many homebuyers faced with the same problem, realtor.com began to question whether some markets are easier than others. They recently launched a program that looks at the fifty largest metro areas in the country to determine the ten easiest places to buy a home. It takes into account the total cost of homeownership, whether it is a buying or renting market, and local factors such as taxes, insurance, and more.
